This place provides outstanding services and convenient on-site parking.

Location. Could see car from room; although parking has lots of debris that should been swept up. Lovely flower beds and great looking lobby.

Breakfast was terrible. Only one toaster in the breakfast room. No protein like hard boiled eggs, only carbs; and only 2 yogurts in the frig. Online Ramada add said French toast but no, not when we stayed. Bagels were stale. Quality Inns breakfast are outstanding - check it out.

The swimming pool water stinks

The room was recently redone and looked cool 👌. It had a comfy king bed and the staff were really helpful! Plus, there was a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in the room.

The staff was really kind and courteous when we had questions. Had big room with king bed for an awesome stay. The location was marvellous, for example, Palmer House was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The location was favorable and absolutely perfect for visiting an oceanarium and restaurants near the hotel. The property was in a very relaxing area.

The rooms at Mystic River Hotel & Suites are unique and quite spacious, making us feel at home. Each room is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, tea maker, and a refrigerator for added convenience. - the hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

Ants in the room No hot water, had to take shower with cold water! Phone didn't work Microwave didn't work Extended one extra night prior, had to wait for extra pillows until Friday night Even though book through Booked.net at $125 rate, we were told it was $209 instead. After we complained they finally gave us the price made at reservation

Noise and they did not clean the room

The location is very close to the Aquarium and other great attractions like Mystic Aquarium, Olde Mystic Village, cinemas, and many restaurants. The staff working here are accommodating and incredibly kind. The rooms are newly remodeled and neat, with 2 double beds. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Unfortunately we had to leave a day early and because we booked through Booked.net we were told that there was nothing they could do for that one night even though we left early that morning. So we were stuck paying for the full amount. Kinda of a disappointment
